Importance of a Unified Position Rejecting the Plans to Displace the Palestinian People and Control the Gaza Strip

 – Amin Arar
Sisters, brothers, comrades.
I am Amin Arar from the Jordanian Unity Popular Democratic  Party.
We greet you and send you our best wishes and hopes for the success of your stand against imperialism and fascism. We are all in one boat in opposing fascist imperialist colonialism and its occupying arm, the Zionist movement.
We emphasize the importance of a unified position rejecting the plans to displace the Palestinian people and control the Gaza Strip, and we look forward to pressure from all the peoples of the world to confront these projects that constitute an extension of the policies of ethnic cleansing and genocide practiced by the occupation since the Nakba until today.
We see that this position represents a base of support for the steadfastness of the Palestinian people that must be built upon to transform it into practical steps that guarantee the protection of Palestinian rights, and block the path of any attempt to redraw the political reality in Palestine in a way that serves the occupation and its plans, and we call on all Nepalese parties, bodies and unions to reject the displacement of the Palestinian people. We salute, through you, the principled position of the Hague Group countries to work to end the Israeli occupation of the land of Palestine, support the right of the Palestinians to self-determination, and coordinate efforts to confront the Zionist entity’s violations of international law.
Here we call on the Nepalese government to join the Hague Group and support the lawsuit filed by South Africa.
The recent statements of US President Donald Trump regarding the control of Gaza and the displacement of its residents, in addition to the escalation of the Zionist aggression in the occupied West Bank and the expulsion of residents, especially in the refugee camps in the northern West Bank, and the beginning of the implementation of annexation, constitute a direct threat to the Palestinian presence on its land.
We call on your group to take a decisive position that is not limited to rejection and condemnation, but rather is translated into concrete measures to support the Palestinian people.
We welcome the final statement issued by the emergency Arab summit in Cairo, especially with regard to rejecting displacement, supporting reconstruction efforts, and forming an independent committee to manage the Gaza Strip during the transitional period, and we stress that this statement lacks mechanisms and emphasis on the right of the Palestinian people to resistance.
We stress the need for Arab countries to commit to transforming the outcomes of the meeting into immediate and tangible measures that completely stop the aggression, withdraw the occupation, strengthen the steadfastness of our people, and launch the reconstruction process away from any external dictates or interventions.
Approving the Egyptian reconstruction plan is an important step, and requires a consensual national administration with a purely Palestinian reference, away from any attempts to impose political agendas aimed at undermining the resistance or controlling the future of the Strip.
We cannot ignore the basic fact that the occupation is the core of the problem, and the only solution lies in pressuring to end the occupation through real pressure tools.
In conclusion, we call for directing all Arab and international efforts towards curbing the Zionist aggression and preventing its renewal in any form, strengthening the steadfastness of the Palestinian people by implementing decisions to break the siege and accelerate reconstruction, and confronting any attempts to impose security solutions that serve the occupation at the expense of Palestinian national rights.
We stress the right of peoples, including the Palestinian people, to resist the occupation as stipulated in international conventions and international legitimacy resolutions.
Finally We also call on all protesters to boycott the products of the Zionist entity and its supporters, and we call for pressure on the governments that have relations with the Zionist entity to sever all relations with this fascist settler enemy.
Long live international solidarity in the struggle against imperialism and Zionism.
